Tax Evaders for 9/11 Truth

Now I am no tax lawyer, but I don't exactly see their work as charitable.

Dear AE911Truth Petition Signers, supporters and friends,We are delighted to announce that the IRS has approved our application for tax exempt status. Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth is now a 501c3 non–profit corporation. This means that donations made to our organization will be tax–deductible — as allowed by laws and regulations.

This was a long winding road — navigated by our exceptional board of directors, led at the time by Dwain Deets, our volunteer of the year here at AE911Truth, who wrestled this IRS 1023 application into shape month after month. Also, our IRS non–profit attorney, who crafted it with precision, deserves a profound thank you. And we also thank our dozens of dedicated selfless serving volunteers, who make up this family of hearts and minds focused on and dedicated to the work of our mission. Thank you all for your contstant support.

Although I suppose it is a religion.

To be fair, I am a 9/11 Truth evader. I used to think it was cute making fun of these nutty fruits, but now I'm bored of it. The lulziness of the 9/11 Truth movement is just about exhausted for me.
Now I just wish they'd go back to asking me for spare change and me telling them to 'get the fuck out of my way you stinking tramp.'

They're a bunch of con artists, quacks, fantasists, freaks, pettifoggers.

As to the snake oil they're hawking, you'll discover more profound theory daubed on the walls of a stinking public toilet.

"Seek the truth..." George W Bush destroyed the WTC. Poppy was in the White House on 9/11. He was also in Dallas in November 1963. Motherfucker.

Heh, so noone sees the irony in this?

The Government, the very SAME Government, that AE911Truth accuses of blowing up it's World Trade Center with nano thermitic paint, just allowed AE911Truth tax exempt stauts?

So yeah, the government is SO evil and corrupt it'll murder its own citizens and try to cover it up, BUT it will allow the same citizens it murders on any given whim to give tax deductable donations to groups trying to expose them...

Wow. So the government is now technically paying troofers back every dollar they donate to expose them... according to troofers.

Am I the only one who sees this retarded irony?

And before the anonytards start jumping to conclusions, NO I'm not saying 9/11 was an inside job.

You know those groups / people who go around saying that you don't have to pay income tax? I wonder if any of them ever applied (or got) (c)(3) status. Now that would be funny - a travel fund for aiders and abettors of tax evasion.

It would be quite close to this situation, as, to say again, this is a tax-exempt travel fund, contributions to which are tax deductible.

Look at you guys. First, James B. conflates perfectly legal tax avoidance through non-profit tax exempt status with criminal tax evasion, thus libeling AE911Truth.

Then Billman shows amazing ignorance of the functioning of the tax laws. No, dude, you don't take your contributions to AE911Truth off the bottom line of your tax bill. You take it off your taxable income. Jeez!

At 23 April, 2010 15:39, Blogger Billman said...

Its roughly the same thing. They won't get every cent back, but lowering taxable income gives you a higher return. Derrrrrr!

Thanks for pointing out that my over-exaggerating somehow proves 9/11 was an inside jobby job! With the nitpicky attention to detail every single human being must have in order to communicate such concepts as humor, exaggeration, and irony to you, its a wonder you haven't solved the 9/11 conspiracy mytseries single handedly, Sherlock! Woooo!

Let's sue everyone today!

I know we all love to hate Richard Gage, but I don't think he's doing anything illegal here.

501(3)(c) covers organizations that are, among other things, "scientific" or "educational." The IRS has no right to deny tax-exempt status based on the perceived value of the material the organization produces. That gets into free speech issues.

Yes, we all know Mr. Gage is going to run up large travel bills, speak to tiny rooms, and produce nothing of value. But the same could be said of many American charities.

Given their purpose is to slander others and generate hatred for their country, their "work" is hardly charitable or virtuous. However, if the Nazis and the Klan (rough analogies to twooferism) are tax exempt, so should AE911twoof. Although the bar seems to be pretty low, they they don't have much reason to be patting themselves on the back.

so says a truth evader...

heres something for you to think over:

the israeli military man who certified Hani hanjour:

'So, who is Eddie Shalev? His identity remained unknown for more than seven years, but was finally revealed in one of the files released in January 2009 by the National Archives. The document, labelled a “Memorandum for the Record,” is a summary of the April 2004 interview with Eddie Shalev conducted by commission staffer Quinn John Tamm.[32] The document confirms that Shalev went on record: “Mr Shalev stated that based on his observations Hanjour was a ‘good’ pilot.” It is noteworthy that Tamm also spoke with Freeway instructors Sheri Baxter and Ben Conner, as revealed by yet another recently-released document.[33] Although I was unable to reach Tamm or Baxter for comment, I did talk with Conner, who confirmed the conversation.[34] Conner says he fully expected to testify before the commission. Perhaps not surprisingly, the call never came.

But the shocker is the revelation that Eddie Shalev is an Israeli and served in the Israeli army. The file states that “Mr. Shalev served in the Israeli Defense Forces in a paratroop regiment. He was a jumpmaster on a Boeing C-130. Mr. Shalev moved to the Gaithersburg area in April 2001 and was sponsored for employment by Congressional Air Charters...[which] has subsequently gone out of business.”

The memorandum raises disturbing questions. Consider the staffer’s strange choice of words in describing Shalev’s employment. What did Quinn John Tamm mean when he wrote that Shalev “was sponsored for employment”? Did the commission bother to investigate Congressional Air Charters? It is curious that the charter service subsequently went out of business. But the most important question is: just how thoroughly, if at all, did the commission vet Eddie Shalev?Does his military record include service in the Israeli intelligence community?

Real people have known addresses. But the current whereabouts of Eddie Shalev is unknown. As reported by David Griffin, a 2007 search of the national telephone directory, plus Google searches by research librarian Elizabeth Woodworth, turned up no trace of him. A LexisNexis search by Matthew Everett also came up dry.[35] Recent searches by Woodworth and myself indicate that an "Eddy Shalev" resided in Rockville, Maryland as recently as 2007. However, the associated phone number is no longer in service. The 9/11 memorandum raises the possibility that Shalev may have returned to Israel. Clearly, the man needs to be found, subpoenaed and made to testify under oath before a new investigation, even if this necessitates extradition. Quinn John Tamm and the two Freeway instructors, Sheri Baxter and Ben Conner, should also be subpoenaed. All are key witnesses and obvious starting points for a new 9/11 investigation.

Uh... well, even if he's not cetified to fly "big jets", the laws of aerodynamics don't change becase of the scale. I've flow cessnas, and large jet engine aircraft. I'm not a pilot, but I've been in a cockpit a few times. Its roughly the same experience turning a cessna and a 767. Hani had certification for one, and even the instructor who failed him said he believed hani would have no problem flying a plane that was already in the air.

In Britain, Mother's Day was in March, but Pilots For 9/11 Truth have given me a great suggestion for exactly what my mum wants for Mother's Day.

This is the perfect package to copy and distribute to Friends and Family. Compact and loaded with information. Great for sharing on Mother's Day! The 9/11 Information Pack includes information for each event reported on 9/11 which Mainstream Media refuses to address. Pentagon events and data analyzed in "Pandora's Black Box - Chapter Two - Flight Of American 77" and "9/11: Attack On The Pentagon", World Trade Center events analyzed in "9/11: World Trade Center Attack", and the Shanksville, PA events are analyzed in "Pandora's Black Box - Chapter Three - Flight Of United 93".

I have heard of "a face only a mother could love" but Rob Balsamo must have a career only a mother could love.
